within 48 hours of payment being received and cleared. Some credit card
orders must be shipped only to the cardholders billing address. First time
buyers and credit card purchases may be subject to verification before shipping
and may be held for extended verification. If you would like your purchase
shipped to an address other than your credit cards billing address, be sure to
contact your credit card issuer and add your ship to address to avoid shipping
and verification delays with your order. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx as our shipping carriers. The
selected shipping carrier may vary depending on individual items. Some items may ship from different warehouse locations.
Some items may be
shipped direct from the manufacturer or authorized manufacturers warehouse;
allow extra time for delivery. Typical delivery time is 10-14 business
days. Orders under one pound may be expedited by USPS First Class mail. Some items may require additional shipping fees due to weight and size
restrictions. Our free shipping offer is not available for these
items. These items are clearly marked as oversized on their respective description
page. For all orders, we use FOB shipping; the risk of loss or title
passes to you once we provide the order to the shipping carrier. Tracking
and/or delivery confirmation is used for all shipments. Items damaged
during shipment are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Some items are available for international delivery. These items are
marked with "Ships International" on the items description page. Items not marked for international delivery are only available for shipment to
the United States and will not be included with international orders. Items being shipped out of the United States may require duty or other charges
at the destination country. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for additional information.
Our free shipping offer is not available for orders shipped outside of the
United States. Delivery of downloadable electronic media products are delivered through the
Internet; no physical shipment is made for these items. Pricing & Limited
Quantities Retail prices are provided by manufacturers. We commonly offer items
below the suggested manufacturers retail prices. We use the manufacturers
suggested retail price as a benchmark to determine the savings you receive on
items we offer at below retail prices. In some cases a manufacturer may
change their suggested retail price without notice to us. We periodically
update these prices when notified. Limited time offers are limited time
events. We reserve the right to extend these limited time offer prices
beyond the event. Some items may be limited to stock on hand and are offered on a first come,
first serve basis. If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to
backorder, or offer a substitute for the out of stock item with a like item of
higher or equal value. The substitution item offered is subject to the
acceptance by you. Backorder timeframes are subject to product
availability from the manufacturer. Items that are backordered, or
estimated to be in stock beyond 30 days of your order will be refunded unless other arrangements are made by you. Return Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase and truly appreciate your
business. Get It All.Net only accepts returns made within 14 days of the
shipment date. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it
must be shipped within this 14 day period. All returns must be safely
packed with the original packing material, shipped within the defined return
timeframe, include a return authorization number, include the original shipping invoice, be in its original packaging
complete with all components including the warranty card and owner's manual, and
show no signs of wear or abuse, otherwise the return will be refused, or charged
a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are for the product value only, excluding
shipping and handling charges. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping costs
for the order will be deducted from your refund amount. You are
responsible for return shipping charges. Returns are for in-store credit
only. The following items are only returnable if unopened, unused and sealed in the
original manufactures packaging: strings, speakers, brass
instruments, guitars, bass guitars, amplifiers, violins, cellos, and woodwind
instruments. The following items are
not returnable due to potential bodily fluids, limited use, or copyright
restrictions: electronic media, picks/plectrums, sound cards, tubes, polish,
polish cloths, harmonicas, whistles, recorders, reeds, mouthpieces, fluids,
earplugs, jewelry, drumheads, drumsticks, clothing/footwear, sheet music,
software, DVD's, CD's, video tape, cleaners, sample libraries, and downloaded
products. All of the items sold at
Get It All.Net are brand new from the manufacturer and covered under the
manufacturers warranty. If you believe you have a defective item, you must
contact the manufacturer for warranty assistance, repair or replacement. Please don't accept shipment if the packaging appears damaged. Discontinued, close-out,
and special order items are non-returnable. Returned merchandise
without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued
using in-store credit only. All returns are inspected in detail upon
